Boxes), daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, height, weight, inseam (physical measurements for bicycle fitting) and e-mail address, and include an essay of 100 words or less describing: (i) how having a new bike will help you: get in better physical shape, improve your health, spend more time with your family, reduce your impact on the environment, avoid traffic on your car commute, or explore your hometown, and (ii) description of an action plan for riding your bike this summer (the “Essay”).
FIFTY (50) PRIZES: one (1) 2012 Raleigh Route 3.0 bicycle and one (1) Giro Reverb bicycle helmet. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the prize is $460.00US.
