Winner will be able to select vehicle color from list of options determined by Sponsor in its

allowed only if permitted by Sponsor and delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner
must be a valid U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at
time of delivery. Winner is solely responsible for title, license, vehicle registration, dealer
preparation costs, auto insurance, gas consumption tax and other fees or taxes associated
with automobile portion of the prize as well as any expenses in connection with acceptance
and use of the automobile portion of the prize not expressly described herein as being
awarded (unless any such expenses are otherwise paid). Winner must take delivery of

Personalization options will be at winner’s expense. Winner is responsible for all costs and
expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, delivery of the
Vantage Home from Heirloom factory in Portland Oregon area to destination of choice in
50 U.S., any required licenses or permits (including, without limitation, any permits required
to transport and utilize the Vantage Home), all expenses relating to taxes, title, insurance,
etc. Any additional installation or work needed to place house is the sole responsibility of
the winner. House is subject to Heirloom Inc. Limited Warranty. Winner can elect to
decline 20′ Vantage home portion of the Grand Prize package and accept a $15,000
cash alternative option (awarded in the form of a check); and

Winner must complete the trip by December 20, 2019 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must
be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Reservations will not be confirmed
until 20 days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and
blackout dates. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to advise the confirmed prize winner
of the need to relocate from their original resort of choice to an alternate resort within the
resort’s chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates for any
circumstance beyond the resort’s control. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine
airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Winner and travel companions must travel
on the same itinerary. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in
the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated
in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals
outside of the above, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees,
