Prize: The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive: (a) a trip for the Winner and three (3) guests of Winner (“Guests”) to attend the 2011 BCS Championship Game in Glendale, Arizona (“Destination”), currently scheduled to take place on January 10, 2011, but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, the approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $2,000; (ii) one (1) $300 pre-paid MasterCard gift card [Pre-paid MasterCard gift cards are good for one (1) year from the date of issue and are redeemable anywhere MasterCard is accepted), ARV $300; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in near Glendale, Arizona for Winner and Guests which will be two (2) rooms based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV $800; and (iv) four (4) tickets to the BCS Championship Game, ARV $1,200, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prizes approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prizes is $4,300.
