Eligibility. To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, at the time of entry you must be: (a) a currently enrolled, legal U.S. student resident at one of the following 10 universities (each an “Eligible University”), and you must have a corresponding, valid .edu e-mail address:
• University of California, Davis (Davis, CA);
• University of California, San Diego (San Diego, CA);
• University of California, Santa Barbara (Santa Barbara, CA);
• University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA);
• University of California, Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA);
• Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ);
• University of Arizona (Tucson, AZ);
• University of North Texas (Denton, TX);
• Texas State University, San Marcos (San Marcos, TX); or
• University of Houston (Houston, TX); and
(b) the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence.
beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on January 5, 2013 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on January 25, 2013

Prize. We will award prizes to winners at each Eligible University as described below.
First Prize [approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,500.00 each; $25,000.00 total]. One First Prize winner at each Eligible University will receive one 9-5 vending machine that has a capacity of 155 cold sodas and 111 snacks. Capacity: 155 soda /111 snacks. Factory Settings: Free spin. Height: 53″ (135 cm). Width: 30.5″ (77 cm) Depth: 22.5″ (57 cm) Weight: 235 lbs (107 kg).
Second Prize [ARV $1,800.00 each; $18,000.00 total]. One Second Prize winner at each Eligible University will receive a Hummer Party Rental consisting of a 4-hour chauffeured ride in a luxury vehicle holding a minimum of 10 people (including winner); may be or similar to a Hummer Stretch Limo. Specific make and model depends on availability. Food & Beverage (may include but not limited to, pizza, wings, fries, soft drinks etc.) will be provided for the winner inside the limo and a minimum of 9 guests.
Third Prize [ARV $2,500 each; $25,000.00 total]. One Third Prize winner at each Eligible University will receive an ultimate entertainment system consisting of:
• One Panasonic VIERA TC-L47ET5 47-Inch 1080p 120Hz 3D Full HD IPS LED-LCD TV with 4 Pairs of Polarized 3D Glasses (or similar);
• One Xbox 360 250GB w/ Kinect Bundle;

The total ARV of all prizes is $68,000.00.
