ONLY TEN (10) GAME PLAYS PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY ATTEMPTED GAME PLAYS IN EXCESS OF THAT LIMIT SHALL BE DEEMED VOID. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “day” will be defined as starting at 12:01 a.m. PT and ending at 12:00 midnight PT.

GAME PRIZES: (400 are available to be awarded in the Game): Each Game Prize consists of $5.00 in Mattel Cash, subject to all redemption terms and conditions available at www.shop.mattel.com. Each Game Prize will be awarded electronically to the email address associated with the applicable Game Play. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be available to be awarded in the Game is $2,000 USD.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:

First Prize (1): The First Prize consists of a trip for four (4) people on winner’s choice of any scheduled 7-night Caribbean cruise aboard a Royal Caribbean International vessel (excluding Allure of the Seas) which departs from a Continental U.S. port city. The Trip includes the following:
 (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for First Prize winner and three (3) travel companions from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s hometown to the major airport nearest the Departure Port City
 (ii) Cruise (subject to Cruise details specified below and onboard meals (as detailed in the applicable Royal Caribbean Cruise brochure)
 (iii) one (1) night deluxe hotel accommodations (quadruple occupancy) in the Departure Port City (only if deemed necessary at the sole discretion of the Sponsor)
 (iv) a check in the amount of $10,000 made out to the First Prize winner

 Specific air carrier(s), hotel (if applicable), and other Trip specifics detailed above are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is $15,825. The actual value of First Prize travel may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare and Cruise price fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel booking. If First Prize winner elects to take fewer than three (3) or no travel companions, no additional prize element will be substituted. Actual value of the First Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All travel is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: All additional meals, gratuities, excursions, ground transfers, insurance, fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, incidentals, departure and airport taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the First Prize winner and his or her travel companions. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsor or its designee(s). Winner will be required to provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure. All travel must be completed within one (1) year of awarding or First Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be selected. All travel is subject to availability. Travel must originate and end at the same major U.S. gateway city airport. If First Prize winner’s residence is within 150 miles of Departure Port City (as determined by Sponsor), airfare portion of First Prize will be forfeited and no additional prize element substituted.

 First Prize winner and his or her travel companions will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city, departure date return date. First Prize winner and his or her travel companions will be required to provide valid government issued ID (may include passport and/or visa) at time of travel as required by airport, airline, cruise line and port authorities. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of First Prize travel (as detailed above) without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian who executed Release of Liability document on said minor’s behalf. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Releasees are not responsible for any changes of any element of First Prize travel and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. No stopovers are permitted on airline tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once hotel, flight and Cruise arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor or its designee. An unclaimed and/or unused First Prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee with the exception of the Cruise portion which shall remain the property of Royal Caribbean International.

 Cruise Details: Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in Royal Caribbean’s guest ticket cruise contract, Complimentary Cruise Certificate, and applicable brochure. Such terms and conditions of use that are listed on these documents include, but are not limited to the following: sailing must be completed within 365 days of Certificate issue date; Certificate only applicable to stateroom categories F, H, I, M, L, N, and Q. For Oasis of the Seas only, eligible stateroom categories are G, F, H, I, M, L, N, and Q. Stateroom category upgrades and 3rd and 4th guests in the stateroom can be booked for additional fees, based on availability. Cruise prize is subject to stateroom availability at time of booking. Winner and guests are responsible for all travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for travel. Royal Caribbean is not responsible for flight postponement or cancellation. Winner and guests must travel at the same time on the same itinerary. No guest under 21 years of age will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by a person who is 21 years or older. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests under the age of 18. Married couples who do not meet these age restrictions may, at Royal Caribbean’s discretion, be permitted to sail. Winner and guests must sign Royal Caribbean’s passenger ticket contract prior to being allowed to board the cruise. Compensation will not be provided for any unused portions of any prize. Winner and guests are each solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in the Official Rules that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded a prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to all federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement charges, travel insurance, any travel costs, and items of a personal nature (i.e. shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees, medical services, etc.). Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Royal Caribbean International is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen or destroyed certificates.

Second Prize (1): The Second Prize consists of a check in the amount of $10,000 USD.

Third Prize (1): The Third Prize consists of a check in the amount of $7,500 USD.

Fourth Prize (6): Each Fourth Prize consists of one (1) 16 GB Apple® iPad® 2* with 3G capability plus an UNO® app. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $545.83 USD (total ARV for the Fourth Prizes is $3,274.98 USD).

Fifth Prize (6): Each Fifth Prize consists of one (1) 8 GB Apple® iPod Touch®* plus an UNO® app. The ARV of each Fifth Prize is $280 USD (total ARV for the Fifth Prizes is $1,680 USD).

 The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $38,279.98 USD. The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Promotion is $40,282.98.
