The Grand Prize Winner will receive: a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to an Easton Corbin concert scheduled in the city closest to the Grand Prize Winner (as determined by UMG), but subject to change in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
The trip for two (2) will include:

(i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of UMG’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by UMG) to the closest concert city (as determined by UMG). UMG reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of the closest concert city;

(ii) one (1) night standard hotel accommodations at a hotel in the closest concert city (as determined by UMG) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included);

(iii) two (2) Easton Corbin concert tickets;

(iv) two (2) passes for a meet and greet with Easton Corbin; and

(v) an Easton Corbin prize package consisting of miscellaneous products, collectively (the “Grand Prize”
