The Belvedere SPECTRE Challenge

How To Enter The Competition: During the Entry Period, you can enter the Competition through the section of the Belvedere Vodka website dedicated to the Competition available at www.belvederevodka.com/thechallenge (the “Site”). You may then register by filling an entry form (mandatory information is first name, last name, state, country, e-mail address and optional information is Twitter and Instagram accounts name) and submit an original video file complying with the requirements set out in section 5 of the Official Rules (the “Entry” or “Entry Materials”) which showcases “how to make a legendary martini cocktail”.
Belvedere Vodka will send a confirmation e-mail once submission is completed.
Limit of one entry per person (same first and last name) for the entire Entry Period. You must be the only person depicted in the video. The person uploading the Entry will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). By entering, you understand that your Entry in its entirety or portion thereof may (in Belvedere Vodka’s sole discretion and subject to section 5 below) be posted on the Site, television, press and/or other Sponsor-selected media (including social media). All Entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. GMT on April 12, 2015, to be eligible. Subject to local regulations, entry will be free and no purchase is required or expense incurred.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
All ARVs are stated in US Dollars.
Pre-selection Prizes: (45 in total, being 15 per region)
For each of the 45 Semi-Finalists, a 2-day/1-night trip for one to a location and at dates indicated below (depending on the region) for purposes of participating in the corresponding regional final. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the Semi-Finalist’s home to select destination, hotel accommodations (based on single occupancy room) and some meals. ARV: up to USD $1,050.00 each. Prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received per region. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes and prize components may be substituted for any reason at the discretion of Belvedere Vodka. Taxes, as applicable, related to all prizes including income taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the individual winner. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above are the winners’ sole responsibility (including but not limited to personal expenses, insurances, visa expenses).

Location and indicative dates per region:
Europe/Africa: Berlin (Germany) on April 28, 2015
Americas: New York (USA) on May 15, 2015
Asia-Pacific: Sydney (Australia) on May 18, 2015

Belvedere Vodka reserves the right to change the dates above in its absolute discretion.
Regional Prizes: (9 in total, being 3 per region)
For each of the 9 Finalists:
– a 3-day/2-night trip for one to London (United Kingdom) from June 17, 2015 to June 19, 2015 to participate in the grand final. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the Finalist’s home to London, hotel accommodations (based on single occupancy room) and some meals.
– a ticket to attend, as a guest, the Spectre movie premiere in the Finalist’s country of residence (if held). There is no guarantee that such a movie premiere will take place.
ARV: up to USD $2,315.00 each.
Prizes are not transferable. Prizes and prize components may be substituted for any reason at the discretion of Belvedere Vodka. Taxes, as applicable, related to all prizes including income taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the individual winner. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above are the winners’ sole responsibility (including but not limited to personal expenses, insurances, visa expenses).

Grand Prize:
For the Grand Prize winner
NON U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY:
– a 7-day/6-night trip for two to Jamaica at the Goldeneye Resort in Aracabessa. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the Grand Winner’s home to Aracabessa (Jamaica) between October 2015 and December 2015 on dates selected by Belvedere Vodka at least 3 weeks in advance, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy room) and all meals (3 meals per day excluding beverages). The Grand Winner may invite one (1) guest who
must be 25 years of age or older as of date of travel.

U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY:
– the opportunity to be a Belvedere cocktail ambassador and work as a bartender for the Spectre movie United States screening in New York, if any, and five local screenings in the United States, if any (the “US Screenings”). The Grand Winner will serve the winning cocktail at the US Screenings, if any, and be available for other Belvedere educational mixology trainings in the United States, to be determined. Included: round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest Grand Winner’s home to each event location and two nights’ hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) in each city.

ARV: up to USD $12,000.00.
