One “Grand Prize”: One winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a $1,000 Atom Tickets movie ticket credit (the “Movie Ticket Credit”) and a check for $428 that winner can use for taxes on the prize or in their discretion. The Movie Ticket Credit is usable exclusively via the Atom Tickets platform towards available showtimes at all U.S. theaters available on the Atom Tickets platform. Potential winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim this prize by September 27, 2021, and completed Prize Claim Documents must be received by Sponsor by October 4, 2021. Once verified as a winner, the Prize Provider will contact the winner to apply the Movie Ticket Credit to their Atom Tickets account and the check for $428 will be sent to the winner at the address provided in the Prize Claim Documents in approximately two to four weeks. The total ARV for the Grand Prize is $1,428. The Movie Ticket Credit expires December 31, 2022.
