On or about 4/18/2013, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received from all entry methods combined to select a total of one (1) potential grand prize winner (see prize description below). Potential grand prize winner will be notified initially by phone and/or email beginning on or about 4/18/2013.

 Grand Prize – Maximum of (1) grand prize award available: Grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to any one (1) of the six (6) featured destinations (listed below) and a one year supply of Shasta brand soft drinks.

 Depending on the location of the prize winner’s residence Shasta may, in its sole discretion, substitute the one year supply of Shasta brand soft drinks prize with coupons to purchase the product from a local retailer or payment in the amount of the prize’s approximate retail value of $200.

 Grand prize trip for two has a maximum retail value not to exceed $7,500, and includes:
  Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and guest) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by sponsor to the selected travel destination of the winner’s choice. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by sponsor;
  Four (4)-days/Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the metro area of the selected travel destination. Arrival and departure dates, times and airlines as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability;
  $1,500.00 Cash;

Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $7,500 in cash in lieu of the travel portion of the grand prize outlined above. All travel arrangements require a minimum of 30-days advance request, are based solely upon availability, and must be completed by 12/31/2013, or prize award is forfeited. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location as solely determined by Sponsor, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unless child of winner, Grand Prize winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award.

 Maximum retail value of all available prize awards: $7,700.
