Prize: (1 winner) Winner and two of her friends will each receive a $500 shopping spree to JCPenney and a trip to Seventeen’s office in NYC for a tour. Trip includes a two-night stay at a standard hotel (one room suite) and round-trip coach airfare to New York City for Grand-Prize winner and two (2) friends.
