A. Grand Prizes (50 total): Each grand prize is a $100 Circle K gift card (“Grand Prize”). No more
than fifty (50) total Grand Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – distributed across Entry
Periods as set forth in Section 4. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $100.
B. First Prizes (95 total): Each first prize is a $50 Circle K gift card (“First Prize”). No more than
ninety-five (95) First Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – distributed across Entry Periods
as set forth in Section 4. The ARV of each First Prize is $50.
C. Second Prizes (110 total): Each second prize is a $25 Circle K gift card (“Second Prize”). No
more than one hundred ten (110) Second Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – distributed
across Entry Periods as set forth in Section 4. The ARV of each Second Prize is $25.
D. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $12,500
