Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and guest to Los Angeles, California. Includes: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest from the commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, California. If winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California, ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at the Sponsor’s sole discretion; 3-nights double-occupancy standard room hotel accommodations; $3,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check); Advice from four (4) Real Simple Real Life experts specializing in beauty, fashion, diet/nutrition and fitness; up to four (4) hours from each expert (“Expert Services”). Session with any expert will be scheduled based on his/her availability. If the Real Simple Real Life expert is unavailable, an alternate expert will be chosen by the Sponsor to complete the consultation. Entrants acknowledge that the availability from each expert during the trip is beyond the control of the Sponsor and is subject to being rescheduled or cancelled. Once the Sponsor arranges the session(s), the Sponsor will not be held responsible for any cancellation or postponement thereafter and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. Services provided by the experts are subject to his/her terms and conditions. If winner chooses not to partake any session with the experts, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner other than to supply the Grand Prize minus the Expert Services portion of the prize. Prize does not include any costs or charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, transportation other than that mentioned herein, meals or beverages, hotel incidentals, gratuities, service charges, federal, state, local and income taxes, or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of booking. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel together on dates and itinerary specified by the Sponsor or winner forfeits all rights to prize. If prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel and must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply and exact travel dates subject to the availability of the experts. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancellation or delay due to weather conditions, labor strike, industry conditions, commercial viability, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control.
