One winner will receive a seven (7) night “Nokia’s Hawaiian Vacation Giveaway Sweepstakes” (the “Trip”), with an approximate retail value (“ARV’) of $10,000. The Trip shall include the following for the Winner and his/her travel companion (the “Travel Companion”), all selected by Sponsor and Nokia, Inc. in their sole discretion: (1) roundtrip coach airfare for from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Maui, Hawaii, (ii) hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in an oceanview room for seven nights at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, including room taxes (winner must provide credit card in their name for incidentals), (iii) An automatic convertible rental car, Chrysler Sebring or similar, throughout the winner’s stay (iv) two Nokia E72s or Nokia X6s with free Ovi Maps navigation and a mobile holder. In the event the winner resides within 200 miles from destination, alternative transportation will be provided. All other expenses not described in the prize package, including meals are the responsibility of the winner. Winner must be 25 years or older and able to provide rental company with credit card in their name for incidentals. Trip should be booked 45 -60 days in advance and must be redeemed within one year of winning the prize. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered. Hotel accommodations subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. No substitutions, partial acceptance, transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winner. The prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above. Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the prize (or any portion thereof), if applicable.
