One (1) Winner will receive a 2-night “Fashion’s Night Out Trip Sweepstakes” (the “Trip”), with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $10,000. The Trip shall include the following for Winner and his/her travel companion (the “Travel Companion”), all selected by Sponsor and Ann Taylor, at their sole discretion: (i) roundtrip, coach airfare for two (2) people to New York City (including taxes) (ii) two (2) nights in a standard guest room of a hotel in Manhattan to be determined (single room, double occupancy) (iii) two (2) meals per day for two (2) people ($75 per diem) (iv) ground transportation for two (2) to and from airport, and to and from Fashion’s Night Out Event. If the Fashion’s Night Out Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner.
