Object. The object of the Promotion is to create an original photo or video in which you (the “Entrant”) show how your favorite Lite Choose Two combo from McAlister’s® Deli fits into your healthy lifestyle (the “Entry”). You must post your Entry via a public Facebook® account or email your Entry to delimarketing@mcalistersdeli.com, in accordance with these Official Rules to be eligible. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the conclusion of the Promotion.

only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least sixteen (16) years of age or older at time of entry with a valid email address at the time of entry.

Via Email. To enter via email, you must submit your photo or video Entry to delimarketing@mcalistersdeli.com, using the subject line “Healthy New Year”, pursuant to the (a) Content Restrictions (as set forth in the Content Restrictions section below), and (b) the legal terms of service of your email service provider (“Provider”).

Promotion Prizes. Exactly one (1) prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded in connection with the Promotion as follows:
One (1) Winner will receive (i) a McAlister’s gift card valued at two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00 US) and (ii) a VISA® gift card valued at two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00 US).
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for all Promotion Prizes: $500.00 USD
