Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip to anywhere in the continental U.S. Trip will include round–trip, coach-class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the major U.S. gateway airport closest to Winner’s chosen destination (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations (one standard room, double-occupancy) for two (2) nights, $5,000.00 in spending money, a makeover for the winner and guest, and a day at a spa during the trip. Winner will also receive a Maybelline New York make-up kit. (ARV $8.700)

Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence, the winner’s chosen destination and dates of travel. The difference between the ARV and Actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be completed by December 31, 2010 or it will be forfeited. Travel must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Flight details and travel dates are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any travel documents or picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and travel companion’s responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Makeover will be done at a salon of the Sponsor’s choosing. Spa day will include up to $500 worth of services of winner’s choice. If all $500 is not used, the difference will not be awarded. All services above $500 will be the responsibility of the winner. If the hotel chosen by winner does not have a spa, winner may travel to a spa in the vicinity of the hotel at their own expense. If winner decides not to use the hotel spa or travel to a spa during the trip, this portion of the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be given. If winner and guest do not complete the travel by December 31, 2010, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be chosen. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel from major airport closest to the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner’s residence is within 100 miles of their chosen travel destination, Sponsor reserves to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air travel. Travel companion (or travel companion’s parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor) must complete and return a liability release. If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in their state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian and winner must travel with a parent of legal guardian. All other expenses not listed as part of the prize, including without limitation, meals, ground transportation, miscellaneous hotel expenses, taxes and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
