Prize: Winner will receive:
• Round trip airline tickets for two for transportation to Las Vegas, NV on November 2, 2015 and return November 5, 2015 on the airline, routing and timing chosen by KNIPEX Tools LP.
• Winner will be housed at a Last Vegas Strip hotel at the choosing of KNIPEX Tools LP for the nights of November 2, 3 and 4, 2015 only.
• KNIPEX Tools LP will provide the winner and their guest passes to the SEMA 2015 show. The SEMA Show is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public.
• Winner will receive $500 cash spending money at the KNIPEX SEMA booth on November 3, 2015.

Estimated value $3,000. Winner and guest must fly both ways from the same airport on the same flights. If the winner lives within 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV, KNIPEX Tools LP may substitute, at their discretion, an automobile mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile both ways.
