Complete a Pinterest Board as follows:
 1. Create a Pinterest board named “My Keds x Madewell Style”; and
 2. Complete the following three (3) required steps (additional details can be found at Sweepstakes Website);

Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be selected in an electronic, randomized drawing conducted by Sponsor whose decision shall be final, on or about March 25, 2013, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential Sweepstakes winners will receive prize notification via email within twenty-four (24) hours of the applicable drawing date or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable.

 GRAND PRIZE (5): Five (5) Grand Prize Packages will be awarded. Each Grand Prize
 Package consists of the following:

 The total ARV of each Grand Prize Package is $341.00

 ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $1,705.00.
