Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip (overnight stay on September 10-11, 2010) for one to the Buckin’ B ranch in Wellington, Texas to participate in a dove hunt hosted by Bill Romanowski and Bubby Brister. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a pair of Justin Original Workboots (style to be chosen by Sponsor). The Trip will consist of roundtrip coach air travel from a US major gateway airport and 2 nights accommodation at the Buckin’ B Ranch (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV) of the Grand Prize is $2,000). The trip must be taken on September 10-11, 2010. The Grand Prize winner will work with a travel planner (Sponsor to designate the travel planner) to establish travel plans. Travel and accommodations are subject to capacity controls, availability, limitations, and other restrictions. Travel may not occur during airline blackout periods. Once travel is booked, no change, extension or substitution of dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. The Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes for the Grand Prize winner due to reasons beyond the Released Parties control. Grand Prize winner must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner to arrive at the departure airport in time for his/her flight, with proper travel documentation (including proper government-issued identification). Certain travel and security restrictions may apply and it is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner to comply with all travel, security and other laws, regulations, airline passenger and Ranch rules that apply. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all expenses incurred by them while redeeming the Grand Prize that are not described in the official rules or the travel itinerary determined by the Grand Prize winner and agreed upon by the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner must satisfy the “Prize Conditions” stated below prior to issuance of travel documents. Should the Event portion of the Grand Prize not be available, cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, then the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prizewinner and no additional compensation will be awarded. The Grand Prize will be deemed awarded upon the winner’s receipt of the travel itinerary and associated travel documents. Sponsor will not replace the travel documents if lost, mutilated, or stolen. The Trip aspect of the Grand Prize must be completed on September 10-11, 2010 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel at this time, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner selected (from among all remaining eligible entries), time-permitting.
