Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for four to LEGOLAND California. Trip includes round-trip coach class commercial air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from a major U.S. gateway airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion) to and from an airport in or near Carlsbad, California (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); hotel accommodations in or near Destination for a total of 2-nights/3-days for Grand Prize Winner and Guests (up to two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa, located adjacent to LEGOLAND California with a private entrance to LEGOLAND California) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); a Family-4 Pack consisting of four tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to LEGOLAND California; one copy of the LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia book; and one copy of The LEGO Ideas Book.  All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Sponsors’ approval. Travel and Hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Tickets will be issued only to Grand Prize Winner and Guests. Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any tax liability (including applicable departure taxes or fees, including baggage fees), inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid, government-issued photo identification, United States passport and appropriate visas and other related documents required for international travel) prior to departure or issuance of tickets where applicable. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize. Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Grand Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guests. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, passes, vouchers, or certificates. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsors reserve the right to reschedule all travel (or a portion thereof) for a later date, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Guests, if any, may be required to execute and return a release of liability and, except where prohibited, a publicity release (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest portion of Prize will be forfeited If any Guest is a minor, Grand Prize Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with less than three (3) Guests, or no Guests, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded to Grand Prize Winner and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Tickets are non-refundable. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner’s residence is two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from LEGOLAND California, Sponsors will provide travel expenses for the current IRS Auto Allowance at fifty-one (51) cents per mile for driving. Park Tickets are subject to all limitations, restrictions, and terms and conditions imposed by the applicable issuer. Park Tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be ticketed separately.
