One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000 IRA contribution (if winner is 50 years of age or older as of 4/10/12, the winner will receive a $6,000 IRA contribution.) If the winner referred a friend that entered the Sweepstakes, the referred friend shall receive a matching prize based on the guideline set forth above.

 You do not need to have an IRA to win. Winner does not have to contribute prize to an IRA. Winner(s) with earned income from work in excess of the prize value may contribute the prize amount to an IRA. Winner(s) age 70 1/2 or older may not contribute to a traditional IRA, and may only contribute to a Roth IRA to the extent that they have earned income from work.
