The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who meet all of the following criteria: (a) reside within one of the eligible zip codes of the Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA areas (as defined in Exhibit A) (each a “City” collectively “Territory”); (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (c) have a valid email account.
PRIZE: Twenty (20) winners from each City will each receive one (1) prize (collectively, “Winners”, each a “Winner”), for a total of sixty (60) prizes (collectively, “Prizes”, each a “Prize”).
