Each gift card/coupon is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the
gift card/coupon. Each gift card/coupon is redeemable for merchandise only
and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by
law. Each gift card/coupon will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost,
stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without your permission and will be
voided if altered or defaced.
Odds of winning a Game Prize depends on the date and time of the Play and
number of Entrants at that time. All Game Prizes will be awarded provided
there are a sufficient number of eligible winners. Game Prizes that are
unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.
One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: a trip for winner and three (3) guests
(“Guest(s)”) to attend a catered breakfast with Bob Harper at his television
studio in Los Angeles, California. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and
his/her Guests will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to Los Angeles,
California on dates to be determined by the Sponsor (the “Grand Prize Trip”).
The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for
Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and his/her Guests from the gateway
airport closest to Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner’s home (selected by the
Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport; three (3)
days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) in
a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, ground
transportation to and from the hotel and to and from the breakfast with Bob
Harper, a Bob Harper & Quaker “swag” package, and $500 in spending
money for the winner. If a Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and/or his/her
Guests live within two hundred (200) miles from the metropolitan Los
Angeles Area, then the Sponsor may elect to provide the Sweepstakes Grand
Prize winner and/or the Guest(s) with ground transportation to the hotel and
no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize
value. If a Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason,
cannot travel on the dates selected by Sponsor, or refuses to sign an
Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release, then the Sponsor may, at
its sole discretion, randomly select a new Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner
from the pool of eligible Entrants.
Each Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minor
child/ward of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. The Guest must also sign
a Liability & Publicity Release. If the Guest is not age of majority in their

state of residence, then the Release must be signed by the guest’s parent or
legal guardian, who must be the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner.
The Grand Prize winner and Guests must travel on the same itinerary
and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent.
Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Some restrictions may apply.
No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservations to another date will
be permitted after the reservations have been made. If the Grand Prize Trip
is cancelled for any reason, Sponsor may provide Sweepstakes Grand Prize
winner with the cash equivalent of the prize. Sweepstakes Grand Prize
winner and Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel
documents. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and Guests are solely
responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents, travel
insurance or any other form of insurance desired (and at their own expense).
The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and Guests hereby acknowledge that
Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other
form of insurance for any trip. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner is solely
responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all
other unspecified expenses associated with the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depends
on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Game Prizes is $17,750.00.
Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $5,688. Actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand
Prize depends on date/time/point of departure/destination; any difference
between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. The total ARV
for all prizes in this Promotion is $23,438.
