Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip to New York City, New York for winner and one (1) guest including tickets to the Out100 Party courtesy of Expedia, Inc. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,000.00, depending on location of winner and airfares at time of departure. If actual value turns out to be less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand prize consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation to New York, NY for winner and his/her guest from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence, two (2) nights double occupancy standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choice, two tickets to the Out 100 Party, and a dinner for two (valued at up to $200), Choice of restaurant is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Alcoholic beverages are not included in dinner portion of prize. All travel plans coordinated through Sponsor. Unless specified herein, all meals excluding dinner portion of prize, ground transportation, hotel incidentals, gratuities, taxes or any other charges are not included in Grand Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Once accommodations are booked, they cannot be changed by winner. If winner resides within 150 miles of New York City, NY, ground transportation may be substituted for air travel. Winner and guest must travel on dates designated by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for November 13-15, 2008 but subject to change) and on same itinerary, or forfeit all rights to prize. If the Event is canceled, postponed or has occurred prior to winner clearance, the Sponsor is under no obligation to winner other than to supply all elements of the prize minus the Event tickets. In that event, travel must be completed by September 1, 2009. Blackout periods and certain restrictions may apply. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest of the Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older at time of travel. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local sales and income taxes. No substitution for prize, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or portion of prize of equal or greater value.
