ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa on O’ahu, Hawaii. Trip consists of:
• roundtrip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s legal U.S. residence (as selected by Sponsor) to the Honolulu International Airport (with possible layovers);
• four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Honolulu International Airport and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa;
• room accommodations consisting of one (1) 1-Bedroom Villa ) for four (4) nights at Aulani;
• one (1) $500.00 credit for Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa;
• one (1) year’s supply of Huggies® Little Snugglers Diapers (awarded as eighteen [18] packs); and
• Disney Baby products which may include an umbrella stroller, diaper bag, hat and/or plush toy from Disney Baby (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
• If Grand Prize is awarded to a non-California resident it will also include a cash amount of $582.39, which cash amount will be withheld to help defray his/her payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Grand Prize (see below for more information about taxes, including the potential of necessary payment of taxes prior to being awarded the Grand Prize).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $8,902.19. Grand Prize Trip must be taken before August 24, 2017.
Non-residents of California are subject to the California withholding tax of 7% of the Prize value, when applicable. Grand Prize includes a cash portion to be used toward the payment of said taxes (as indicted above). Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the cash portion provided will be sufficient to pay Grand Prize Winner’s tax liability. To the extent that the cash portion provided to the Grand Prize Winner is insufficient, Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide to Sponsor an amount to cover the balance of all applicable withholding taxes at the normal rates required by law prior to being awarded the Grand Prize and failure to do so will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold applicable taxes as required by law and to reduce any cash portion provided accordingly.
THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will receive six (6) packs of Huggies® Little Swimmers Disposable Swim Diapers, two (2) Huggies® Natural Care Clutch ‘n’ Clean Refillable Baby Wipes, and Disney Baby products which may include a travel system, diaper bag, pacifiers, bottles, sippy cups and/or plush animal from Disney Baby. Contents of each First Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of each First Prize: $330.11.
TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Winner will receive three (3) packs of Huggies® Little Swimmers Disposable Swim Diapers, one (1) Huggies® Natural Care Clutch ‘n’ Clean Refillable Baby Wipes, and Disney Baby products which may include a diaper bag, blanket, hat, pacifiers, bottles, sippy cups, and/or a plush animal from Disney Baby. Contents of each Second Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of each Second Prize: $137.12.
Total ARV of All Prizes: $11,263.72.
