Entry Period 1 Prize: Entry Period 1 Prize Winner will receive a $150 Bandier Gift Card and either a Clarisonic Mia Fit or Clarisonic Alpha Fit device. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Entry Period 1 Prize is $339.
Entry Period 2 Prize: Entry Period 2 Prize Winner will receive Jawbone UP2 Bands, one (1) Baxter of California “Skin 123 Kit” and either a Clarisonic Mia Fit or Clarisonic Alpha Fit device. ARV of the Entry Period 2 Prize is $444.
Entry Period 3 Prize: Entry Period 3 Prize Winner will receive a $200 fitness certificate to your choice of gym, two (2) BKR bottles and either a Clarisonic Mia Fit or Clarisonic Alpha Fit device. ARV of the Entry Period 3 Prize is $459.
Entry Period 4 Prize: Entry Period 4 Prize Winner will receive Vita-Mix Turbo Blend Two Speed and either a Clarisonic Mia Fit or Clarisonic Alpha Fit device. ARV of the Entry Period 4 Prize is $588.

Entry Period 6 Prize: Entry Period 4 Prize Winner will receive a $250 gift certificate to eBags, two (2) Jawbone UP3 Bands and either a Clarisonic Mia Fit or Clarisonic Alpha Fit device. ARV of the Entry Period 6 Prize is $800.
GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive three (3) nights at the Miraval Spa, located in Tucson, Arizona, ARV $3,000 and a $1,000 gift card. ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,378. Trip consists of three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), $2,265 ARV; food voucher, $285 ARV and spa credits, $450 ARV. Grand Prize must be completed by April 30, 2017 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Entrants acknowledge that the prize does not include travel and transportation to Miraval Spa, or any other expenses not specified here including transportation, security fees, luggage fees, meals, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations, miscellaneous hotel expenses and gratuities. Any other expenses not explicitly included in the Prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
