Go to the Chipotle Super Short Book Report website at: http://cultivatingthought.com/supershort. You can view eleven (11) authors and their stories. Select a story from the drop down menu. Submit a short book report (no more than 103 Characters) on your chosen story on the Book Report form field. Enter your first name (required), last name (required) mobile number (required), Up to 3 msgs/entry. Msg & data rates may apply. Entrants will only be contacted if chosen as potential winners. Entry Submission Requirements:

PRIZES/DRAWINGS: First Prize Random Drawings and Grand Prize Random Drawing will be conducted by Vibes Media, LLC, an independent judging organization in Chicago, IL according to the Entry and Drawing Chart below from among all eligible entries received by the end of each Entry Period in order to determine the Daily First prize winners (“First Prize Winners”) and the Grand prize winners (“Grand Prize Winners’). The Odds of winning a First Prize for a Daily Entry Period depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during that specific Entry Period. The Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
