Grand Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a 7-day/6-night trip for up to four (4) people (including winner) to stay at the Mountain Sky Guest Ranch (www.mtnsky.com). Trip includes food, certain on-site activities and round-trip air transportation to/from gateway airport nearest winner’s home (must be located in Continental United States; if prize winner lives outside the Continental United States, the prize winner is solely responsible for getting to the Continental United States) to Bozeman, Montana (coach class airfare will be provided for winner and three travel companions) (if winner resides within one hundred and thirty (130) miles of Bozeman, Montana then ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value), guest ranch accommodations (two room cabin/four person occupancy). Winner stay must occur during one of the following 2010 calendar dates: 5/6–5/11, 5/16–5/30, 6/13–6/20, 7/11–7/18, 7/25–8/1, 9/5–9/12, 9/22–10/12. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, massage, alcoholic beverages, personal charges at lodging, purchases from the gift shop, security fees, taxes, any off ranch excursions such as guided fishing or Yellowstone National Park tours or horseback rides, or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companions must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner; winner and travel companions are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. If winner is a minor, one of the travel companions must be the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companions are required to have all necessary travel documents. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $17,000.00.

First Place Prize: There will be One (1) First Place Prize Winner. The winner will receive a Regular Prize consisting of OXO (www.oxo.com) and Spice Islands (www.spiceislands.com) products, or other products as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of the First Place Prize is $850.00.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $17,850.00
