One (1) Grand Prize consists of a 2012 Ram 1500 Truck vehicle with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of Forty-Five Thousand US Dollars ($45,000.00).

 Vehicle Restrictions: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs, expenses, and applicable laws associated with vehicle registration and all associated laws herewith. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to acquire auto insurance and meet all eligibility requirements in these Official Rules. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual value of his/her Grand Prize. All options and upgrades on vehicle are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner must pick up his/her vehicle at a dealership near his/her residence, as determined by Sponsor or its agents in their sole discretion. Once Grand Prize Winner has been notified that vehicle is at the dealership, he or she must pick up vehicle within thirty (30) days of the date of such notification. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the delivery date of vehicle by up to six (6) months from the date of notification to the Grand Prize Winner. Vehicle will only be released upon proof of valid driver’s license currently in force and satisfactory proof of insurance. Accessories and options may vary: interior/exterior color (subject to availability). Accessories are subject to change without notice. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring any obligations. Grand Prize winner is not eligible for any cash back, incentives or rebates which may be available on the vehicle at time of delivery. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. Grand Prize value is an approximation. Any difference between the approximate value and the actual cost of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize cannot exceed Forty-five Thousand US Dollars ($45,000.00).

One (1) First Prize consists of a two (2) night trip for two to Las Vegas, NV or the host city of the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards Show including roundtrip airfare (coach class), hotel accommodations, two (2) Tickets to the 2013 ACMA and Five Hundred US Dollars ($500.00) Spending cash. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars US Dollars ($3,500.00), certain terms and restriction apply.

 First Prize (Trip) Details: First Prize includes (i) round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to Las Vegas, NV or Event host city, from a single major U.S. airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor); (ii) two (2) nights stay in regular double occupancy hotel accommodations; (iii) two ticket to the Event; and (v) Five Hundred US Dollars (US$500.00) spending money. Cash portion of the first prize will be issued in the form of a check. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the First Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages and gratuities are the responsibility of First Prize winner (the (“First Prize Winner”) and guest. If First Prize Winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Las Vegas, NV or the Event host city, ground transportation may be provided for the First Prize Winner and guest in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Estimated retail value of First Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($3,500.00). Actual value may vary based on place of departure city and dates of travel, no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Specifics of travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. First Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and provide all necessary travel documents required. Guest of First Prize Winner must be 18 years of age or older, and must sign and return a publicity release (except where prohibited) and an affidavit of liability release prior to issuance of travel documents. If Event is canceled, rescheduled, or if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the tickets to the Event, or if First Prize Winner cannot take the trip on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the First Prize Winner other than to supply the trip portion as described within one (1) year from date of prize notification, minus the Event tickets and ground transfers. Sponsor, and/or any other relevant party, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the First Prize Winner and/or guest who engages in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to stop the First Prize Winner and guest from participating in any portion of the First Prize, including without limitation, the Event, if First Prize Winner and/or guest engages in any conduct the Sweepstakes Entities deem to be improper or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Event. First Prize is nontransferable.
