A total of fourteen (14) winners will be selected. See Rule #10 for Prize details. Prize winners
will be randomly selected from each “Group” of entries as defined below. Each Group consists
of eligible entries received from residents of the state(s) listed within each Group.
Group 1: ID, ND, MT and UT
Group 2: AK and WA
Group 3: OR
Group 4: IA, IL and IN
Group 5: CA and HI
Group 6: AZ, NM and NV
Group 7: DC, MD and VA
Group 8: CT, DE, NJ, NY and PA

Each prize consists of a “Bud Light 2019 March
Hoops Prize Package” for winner and one (1) guest consisting of round-trip coach air
transportation (between the gateway city nearest winner’s home and Las Vegas, Nevada),
double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (April 5, 2019 and April
6, 2019), access to Bud Light sponsored events, daily breakfast at the hotel; two (2) welcome

gift bags (contents to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and two (2)
$300.00 pre-paid debit cards (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). The gift bags
and $300.00 pre-paid debit cards will be provided only upon arrival at the hotel and shall only be
awarded if winner and guest are present in Las Vegas at Sponsor’s designated hotel on the
dates stated above. If winner does not travel with one (1) guest, then only one (1) gift bag and
one (1) $300.00 pre-paid debit card will be awarded to winner upon arrival in Las Vegas at
Sponsor’s designated hotel on the dates stated above. If winner resides within two-hundred fifty
(250) miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, air transportation may be substituted with another method of
transportation determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and any difference in value will not
be awarded. Travel and accommodations are the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability
and change. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by
Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner
and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation,
presenting necessary identification (including a valid driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight
schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events or
opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground
transportation delay or in the event winner and/or a guest misses a scheduled airline flight
(through no fault of Sponsor or due to Force Majeure). Hotel accommodations are at the
Sponsor’s discretion and are subject to availability and change. Winner may be required to
provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original
itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Ground transportation, meals (other than stated
above), gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not
specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility.
If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an
alternate winner (time permitting). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize for winner and one
(1) guest is up to $3,500.00. ARV of prize for winner only is up to $2,600.00.
