PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and a two (2) runners-up. The Grand Prize package is two (2) roundtrip economy class air tickets from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s primary residence (as determined by Sponsor) in the US to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) roundtrip economy class air tickets on Air Tahiti Nui between Los Angeles and Papeete, two (2) roundtrip inter-island airfare and transfers, one (1) Panoramic View Room hotel room (double-occupancy) for three (3) nights at The Intercontinental Tahiti resort, one (1) Diamond Overwater Villa (double-occupancy) for three (3) night at the Intercontinental Bora Bora Resort and Thalasso Spa in Bora Bora and one (1) two- carat Hearts On Fire diamond eternity wedding band. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package is $19,000, depending on exact itinerary. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be able to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by September 1, 2010 and completed by December 31, 2010, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates (June-October). Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation may be substituted for this portion of the roundtrip air travel. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining all international travel documents.

The Runners-Up. Each of the two (2) runners-up will receive one (1) Hearts On Fire wedding band (selected at the sole discretion of Hearts On Fire). The approximate retail value of each runner-up prize is $2500.
