Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for two people from major airport nearest Winner’s residence (ARV: up to $1,000) and hotel accommodations (standard accommodations, single room, double occupancy) for two people for three days, two nights (ARV: up to $1,000). If, in the judgment of Sponsor, Food Network magazine and Scripps Interactive Network, air travel is not required due to Winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. Arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. In the event the Winner is unable to attend the Food Network in Concert, which is tentatively scheduled for September 20th, 2014 in Highland Park, Illinois, then Winner will have to forfeit the entire prize and the Sponsor will have the right to select another Winner. In the event the Food Network in Concert is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes and not award the prize, with no further obligation to the Winner.
