2015 “Kia Getaway” Sweepstakes

PRIZES: There will be a total of nine (9) prizes (“Prizes”) awarded: eight (8) first prizes (each a “First Prize”, collectively “First Prizes”), with one (1) First Prize awarded to each First Prize Winner, and one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the one (1) Grand Prize Winner.

First Prizes: Each First Prize will consist of a trip to New York, NY (“FP Trip”), for each First Prize Winner who is not the Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“FP Guest”). Each FP Trip consists of the following: round-trip, coach-class air travel for First Prize Winner and FP Guest from a major commercial airport near First Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near New York, NY (“New York Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations for First Prize Winner and FP Guest (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near the New York area (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); the opportunity for First Prize Winner and FP Guest to attend a live taping (“Taping”) of an episode (“Episode”) of the NBC television show America’s Got Talent (“Show”) between August 11 and September 16, 2015, currently scheduled to take place at Radio City Music Hall, and round-trip ground transportation to and from New York Airport and Hotel. Sponsors have the right in their sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation for First Prize Winner from the WNBC, WRC, or WCAU Local Geographic Areas. Each FP Guest must be eight (8) years of age or older as of the first date of travel.

The total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each First Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000).
