There will be forty-three (43) prizes awarded, one (1) per Daily Sweepstakes, each consisting of one (1) pair of Chaco Updraft sandals; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $110. Sandals will be awarded in the form of a gift code, which the winner can use online to purchase his/her size and style.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 9-day/8-night travel package for winner and one (1) guest to winner’s choice of either Costa Rica or Ecuador, provided by G Adventures as described below. ARV of Grand Prize: $5,306 USD. (Airfare for AK and HI residents may increase the ARV by approximately $1,200. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending upon the city of departure and destination selected by Grand Prize winner.) Winner may select one (1) of the travel packages provided by G Adventures below. The descriptions of the travel packages are as of 5/1/12, but may change based upon when the winner books the trip. Both packages include the “My Own Room” option. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes G Adventures may make to the travel packages between 5/1/12 and winner’s travel date.
a. Costa Rica (Volcanoes and Surf). Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence to San Jose, Costa Rica; (ii) ground transfers to/from home, airport and hotel; (iii) guided mountain biking trip from La Fortuna to Monteverde (weather permitting); (iv) guided visit to Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve; (v) surf lessons at Zopilote Surf Camp; (vi) two (2) breakfasts and two (2) dinners; (vii) six (6) nights’ hotel accommodations; (viii) two (2) nights’ beach house accommodations (multi-share); (ix) excursion transportation and equipment, including public bus, van, boat, mountain bike and surfboard; and (x) $300 spending money payable to winner awarded in the form of a check.
b. Ecuador (Multisport). Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence to Quito, Ecuador; (ii) ground transfers to/from home, airport and hotel; (iii) full-day whitewater rafting excursion in the Amazon Jungle on the Jatunyacu River; (iv) overnight trek in Sangay National Park to Tungurahua Volcano; (v) downhill biking on Cotopaxi Volcano; (vi) three (3) breakfasts, three (3) lunches and one (1) dinner; (vii) seven (7) nights’ hotel accommodations; (viii) one (1) night camping accommodations; (ix) excursion transportation and equipment, including public bus, private van, hiking, biking and rafting; and (x) $300 spending money payable to winner awarded in the form of a check.
