Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Winner will receive four (4) 1-day ski lift tickets (ski lift tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions stated, this includes a prohibition on the re-sale of tickets.) to a ski resort (for winner and four (4) guests) in Rutland, Vermont (location to be chosen by Sponsor at its sole discretion) and one (1) $500 Gift Card which may be used for travel and hotel expenses (Gift Card Issuer will be chosen by Sponsor at its sole discretion and Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon). Date to be chosen by winner during the remainder of the 2020 ski season ending March 31, 2020 and subject to Sponsor’s approval at its sole discretion. While Sponsor will seek to accommodate winner’s preferences, winner may not receive his/her first choice of date and Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Winner’s guest(s) must be 21 years of age or older and must sign and return the Guest’s Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to issuance of tickets. Tickets must be used by March 31, 2020 (“Designated Time Period”). Grand Prize winner and winner’s guest(s) must use tickets together on same day as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and winner’s guest(s) must provide their own transportation to and from the location. All other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. If winner cannot use tickets during the Designated Timer Period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion (time permitting). No other prize will be awarded. Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: up to $1,000.00.
