How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion using one of five methods:

1) Twitter: Tweet your Submission via your Twitter account using the hashtag #Reflectie and @TurtleWax (the “Twitter Hashtag”). You must also be following Sponsor’s Twitter feed, @TurtleWax, to enter via Twitter. Any photo on Twitter tagged with the Twitter Hashtag may be eligible for this Promotion. Use of the Twitter Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules.

2) Instagram: Post your Submission on Instagram through your Instagram account using the hashtag #Reflectie and @TurtleWax (the “Instagram Hashtag”). Any photo tagged with the Instagram Hashtag on Instagram may be eligible for the Promotion. Your Submission must include the Instagram Hashtag in order to be eligible.
3) Facebook: Visit the Turtle Wax brand page on Facebook located at
www.facebook.com/turtlewax and follow the instructions to complete the entry form and upload your Submission.

4) Website: Visit the Turtle Wax website located at www.turtlewax.com/reflectie and follow the instructions to complete the entry form, including the upload of your Submission, and submit your Entry.
5) Mail: Mail your Submission, along with your name, address, city, state, zip and phone number and mail it to be received by July 21, 2014 to: Turtle Wax Reflection Photo Contest, c/o Zeno group, 200 E. Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601.

Second Prize Winner Selection: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, one-hundred-fifty (150) Second Prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning a Second Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the duration of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Second Prize per person and per e-mail address.
Finalist Judging: Based on the criteria outlined below, ten (10) Submissions will be chosen on or about August 1, 2014 from among all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, will judge each Entry based on the following criteria: 1) “Get Out There and Shine” brand essence (0-50 points); 2) Creativity of photo (0-25 points); and 3) Clarity of reflection (0- 25 points). In the event of a tie, such tied Submissions will be re-judged based on the following criteria: “Get Out There and Shine” brand essence: 0-100 points. The Entrants who submitted the ten (10) highest scoring Submissions, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed Finalists (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules) and move forward to Public Vote (as described below). Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than ten (10) Submissions, if in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.

Public Voting: Beginning on August 1, 2014, the ten (10) Finalist Submissions will be posted online for public voting. To vote for the photo you find most creative, visit
www.turtlewax.com/reflectie (“Voting Site”) between 12:00 PM CT on August 1, 2014 and 11:59 AM CT on September 1, 2014 (“Voting Period”) and follow the instructions provided to submit a vote. Voting is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of August 1, 2014. Limit one (1) vote per person and per e-mail address per day. Additional votes received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Votes generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert or affect the integrity of the voting process may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be void. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The
Finalist Submission that receives the most votes will be deemed the Grand Prize Submission and the Entrant identified with such Submission will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). The remaining nine (9) Finalist Submissions will be deemed a First Prize Submission and the Entrant identified with such Submission will be deemed a potential First Prize winner (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules).
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prizes: A 2015 Ford Mustang. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $25,000. Exact make and model of vehicle to be determined by Sponsor. Vehicle color and specifications are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner must have proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of vehicle delivery. Vehicle delivery will take place at a dealer of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize winner’s place of residence.
Federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, and any vehicle options not included per Sponsor, and all other expenses not specified and related to vehicle acceptance and use are solely Grand Prize winner’s responsibility. Vehicle is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than manufacturer or dealer written limited warranties provided at their sole discretion and winner agrees to look to such manufacturer or dealer for such warranty and/or guarantee, if any. Vehicle pictured in any advertising surrounding this Promotion may not be the actual vehicle awarded. No transfers, cash awards, or prize substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

Nine (9) First Prizes: Complete line of ICE, Jet Black or Quick & Easy (winner’s choose), Framed Photo of runner-up #Reflectie, $100 Generic Gas Card, Turtle Wax Branded Bucket, Microfiber Towels, Congratulations Letter. ARV: $5,000.

One-hundred-fifty (150) Second Prizes: Prize pack consisting of assorted Turtle Wax products. ARV: $5,000. No cash alternative or prize substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by winners. All details of any prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $35,000.
