Grand Prize: (1 winner) “Big Game” Grand Prize Package from February 5 to February 8, 2010. The Grand Prize Package includes: roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between a major metropolitan city airport in the US closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Miami, FL from February 5-February 8, 2010 for the Super Bowl, 3-nights hotel accommodations (one standard room double occupancy) at Epic Hotel, two lower level Endzone Super Bowl Tickets, Breakfast daily, Luxury Bus Transportation to and from the Game, two Super Bowl Logo’d Footballs, two deluxe gift bags, and On-site staff to assist.

Grand Prize must be taken before February 5, 2010 to February 8, 2010. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel during those dates than Grand Prize will be forfeited. Trip subject to availability. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Travel must be roundtrip. Travel is not eligible for frequent flyer program credit. Sponsor is not responsible for airlines cancellations or delays. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Grand Prize description above, including but not limited to, transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s home and the departure airport, meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise/souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, additional ground transportation, tips/gratuities, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of Grand Prize Winner. Any taxes imposed on the income of the Grand Prize Winner as a result of winning the Grand Prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo I.D.) prior to departure. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $11,100. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize will vary based upon point of departure for airfare fees. No compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner if the actual retail value is less than the stated ARV.

If Grand Prize Winner resides within sixty (60) miles of the destination, at Sponsor’s sole option, Grand Prize Winner will receive ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice to and from Winner’s Local Residence to the hotel in lieu of the round trip coach airfare portion of the Grand Prize. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize for a Winner who is not a local resident.
