A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for winner & up to three (3) guests to attend the 2009 MLB® All-Star Week™ in St. Louis, MO, currently scheduled to take place from July 11, 2009 through July 15, 2009 and the opportunity, subject to the rules and regulations of Major League Baseball, for the winner only to participate in the “Call Your Shot” Event (“Event”) on July 13, 2009
(in the manner specified by Sponsor as further described below) for the chance to win a prize (described below in section 6).

-round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) from major gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. or Canada,
