PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize consists of a trip for eight (8) people to Las Vegas. The Grand Prize includes coach class airfare, from commercial airport closest to winner’s home and hotel accommodations package for winner and 7 guests at MGM Grand Las Vegas the weekend of July 15-17, 2011 (arrival 7/15, departure 7/17). Hotel accommodations package includes: 3 days/2 nights’ accommodations in three (3) Deluxe Guest Rooms; one $500 Resort Credit for the winner; entry for eight (8) persons to the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey launch event and concert on Friday, July 15; and one (1) Main Pool Cabana rental on Saturday, July 16. All room reservations are based on double occupancy.

Winner and all guests must demonstrate that they are 21 or older (by submitting an affidavit) before travel arrangements will be made. All Federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. A 1099 document will be issued to the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.  If a winner and his/her travelling companions cannot attend on the specific dates of July 15 – 17, 2011, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All other expenses not specifically included are the responsibility of the winner.

All travel and accommodations for Grand Prize will be arranged by Brown-Forman Corporation or its agency. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is eight thousand dollars ($8000.00 US)
