Prize: (1 winner) to New York City and a $2,000 shopping spree at Armani/5th Avenue, which includes:

Airfare: Round-trip Airfare for Two for the winner and a guest, from a major airport nearest the winner’s home to New York City. Winner and travel companion/guest must travel on same itinerary; Hotel Accommodations: 3-Day/2-Night hotel accommodations for two (based on double occupancy. Some restrictions may apply. Advance reservations are required)

Shopping Spree: $1,000 Gift Card each, for winner and guest, to shop with an Armani stylist; Beauty Consultation and Face Design, for winner and guest, with a Giorgio Armani Beauty Makeup Artist, which also includes Two Gift Bags with key items of the season such as Lip Stick, Mascara, Foundation, Fragrance and Prive Candle; Lunch or Dinner for Two including a bottle of pre-selected wine, at Armani/Ristorante; Two Armani Dolci Tasting and Gift Baskets, which include: Box of Pralines, Bag of Caraques, Two Jars Marmalade & Chocolate, and Tin of Tea.

All travel related expenses for taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and personal expenses such as telephone/Internet charges, and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Prize must be used on dates specified or prize will be forfeited. Dates are subject to change. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Airline regulations apply.

All hotel reservations are based on availability and all holidays are excluded. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to availability and trip is available from February 1, 2011 through November 30, 2011.. Blackout dates for prize redemption are May 15, 2011 – July 31, 2011. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. Reservations are subject to availability. If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsors finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be legal U.S. resident, and of the Age of Majority in his/her State of Primary Residence, unless travel companion is a child of winner or minor that has parental permission to accompany winner. Travel companion and/or legal guardian of travel companion, must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel as noted above.
