Only legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Arkansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Florida and Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years old

PRIZES:There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will be selected to receive a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada.The trip will consist of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence (or if Grand Prize winner lives within 200 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Prize winner will be reimbursed for documented gas or rental car needs up to $500 U.S. dollars; provided, however, that the difference in the value between gas or rental car expense and the value of the flights will not be awarded); (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel room accommodations for Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner’s guest (one room, double occupancy and room tax only); (iii) two (2) tickets to attend a UFC live mixed martial arts event (the “UFC Event”) and (iv) a two (2) hour training session and thirty (30) minute tour and staff meet and greet for Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner’s guest at Wanderlei Silva’s Wand Fight Team mixed martial arts gym.The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $2,820 U.S. dollars.

There will be ten (10) Second Prize winners.Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) gift card in the amount of $375.00 for purchase of a video game console and a mixed martial arts video game.

There will be thirty (30) Third Prize winners.Each Third Prize winner will receive one (1) gift card in the amount of $50 U.S. dollars for purchase of a pay-per-view broadcast of a live UFC mixed martial arts event.
