Grand Prize – One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, CA to meet Rachel Bilson and her stylist, Nicole Chavez, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $4,600 USD. The Grand Prize Trip consists of:
 • round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA
 • two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (based on double occupancy)
 • one (1) $1,000 shopping allowance
 • a shopping/styling session with Rachel Bilson and Nicole Chavez at a Los Angeles area retail center
 • round trip transportation to/from the airport to the hotel and to/from the hotel and to/from the shopping/styling session

 The Grand Prize Trip will be scheduled based on the availability and schedule of Rachel Bilson and Nicole Chavez and must be completed no later than February 28, 2012. If the Grand Prize Trip cannot be completed by February 28, 2012 due to schedule conflicts on the part of Rachel Bilson and/or Nicole Chavez, the prize will be awarded as a one-time cash award by check of $4,600 USD.
