PRIZES and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Thirty (30) prizes will be awarded. Each prize includes one (1) Apple iPad 16GB. Apple iPad 16GB APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): $499.00.

Fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded via a random drawing. Each winner selected by drawing may provide the name of one person who referred them to SquareTrade (“Referrer”) to be awarded a prize. Fifteen (15) prizes total will be awarded to individuals selected as Referrers. There is a one prize per household maximum.
