Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Charlotte, NC (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor) to attend the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race™ in 2011, where the winner only will have the opportunity to participate in an aircraft flyover prior to the Sprint Showdown event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Charlotte, NC, four (4) days and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race™; a NASCAR Sprint FanView® rental for the race weekend (Two-day rental available at track only. Refundable $500 deposit required. Deposit refund subject to timely return of device/additional equipment), branded NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ officially licensed apparel and premium pack (exact apparel, sizes of apparel, and contents of premium pack to be determined by Sponsor), ground transportation to and from airport, hotel and events, and $250 spending money for the winner only (awarded as Visa Gift Card). Sponsor does not guarantee the opportunity to participate in the aircraft flyover. To participate in the aircraft flyover, winner must be in good health and weigh 300 lbs or less. Vendor will determine, in its sole discretion, whether winner is in good health. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the aircraft flyover for any reason or determines that the prize winner is unable to participate in the flyover, the cash value of the flyover component of the prize will be awarded ($250 in the form of a VISA gift card). In the event Sponsor is unable to provide tickets or any other portion of the prize (excluding the flyover) for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. NASCAR Sprint FanView® must be returned in its original condition by the time and date specified by Sponsor or winner. If NASCAR Sprint FanView® is damaged or lost, winner will be responsible for paying any expenses related to such damage and/or loss. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,950.
