Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to 3 guests to Yosemite National Park, CA. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation between a U.S. gateway airport in the 50 United States nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Fresno, California, hotel accommodations (one room/quad occupancy) and $4,000 cash. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is up to: $10,000.00. Actual value may vary depending on point of origin, time of travel and airfare fluctuations, but any difference between actual value and estimated ARV will not be awarded. All travel and accommodations are subject to change, availability, restrictions, and black out dates. Sponsor, or its agents, will make all travel arrangements, including choice of airline and hotel accommodations. Winner must book trip through Cohn & Wolfe by March 21, 2013 or trip may be forfeited. Trip must be taken no later than one year from receipt of signed Grand Prize Affidavit. Air transportation provided only if a winner does not reside within 100 miles of Yosemite National Park. If winner resides within 100 miles of Yosemite National Park, s/he will receive the use of a rental car (if eligible) in lieu of air travel (no cash difference will be awarded). Grand Prize Trip is subject to terms and conditions, availability and other material restrictions may apply. No refund or compensation will be made by Sponsor in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the Grand Prize trip. All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals and beverages, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone calls), souvenirs, incidentals, upgrades, baggage fees, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, fees, taxes, or any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card upon arrival for all personal incidentals charged to the Grand Prize Winner’s hotel room. Grand Prize Winner and guest must possess required travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. Passport) prior to travel. Sponsor and Travel Providers shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services. Grand Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and guests may not make changes to trip itinerary once trip is booked. Grand Prize Trip may not be transferred, sold, traded, or rescheduled. Winner and guests must travel together and on the dates designated by Sponsor and comply with all security requirements or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner may only bring a minor as a guest if winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Guests of Grand Prize Winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to departure. No substitutions, cash reimbursement or transfer of any prizes permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded provided they are properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules and a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that any prize is unavailable
