Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one guest to Washington, D.C. for a 4 hour fitness consultation and personal training session for winner with Denise Austin, including round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner’s home to Washington, D.C., hotel accommodations (one room double occupancy) and $1,000 cash. All expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, meals, transportation, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. The time and date of the Denise Austin fitness consultation are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $4,000. Actual value may vary depending on point of origin, time of travel and airfare fluctuations, but any difference between actual value and ARV will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel together and on the dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Guest who is a minor in his/her state of residence must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at their sole expense who must sign and return all required documentation. If winner resides within 100 miles of Washington, D.C., s/he will receive the use of a rental car (if eligible) with a fuel stipend in lieu of air travel (no cash balance will be awarded and no additional allowances will be made). Rental car portion of prize is subject to terms and conditions of the rental car company and winner will be responsible for any additional costs (insurance, tolls, etc.) to receive this portion of the prize. Exact travel dates subject to availability and black out dates. Sponsor will make all travel arrangements. If, for any reason, the Denise Austin fitness consultation is postponed or cancelled after ticketing of Prize, the Sponsor will have no further obligation other than to award the remainder of the prize.
