3. Sweepstakes Entry Period. The entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) are as follows:

1. Entry Period #1 begins on or about 11:01:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 13, 2015 and ends at 10:59:59AM ET on December 15, 2015.
2. Entry Period #2 begins on or about 11:01:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 15, 2015 and ends at 10:59:59AM ET on December 17, 2015.
3. Entry Period #3 begins on or about 11:01:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 17, 2015 and ends at 10:59:59AM ET on December 19, 2015.
4. Entry Period #4 begins on or about 11:01:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 19, 2015 and ends at 10:59:59AM ET on December 21, 2015.
5. Entry Period #5 begins on or about 11:01:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 21, 2015 and ends at 10:59:59AM ET on December 23, 2015.
6. Entry Period #6 begins on or about 11:01:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 23, 2015 and ends at 10:59:59AM ET on December 25, 2015.

4. Prizes. Three (3) Winners per Entry Period shall each receive a two hundred dollar ($200) Rue La La account credit (“the “Account Credit”). Account Credit will only be awarded if the Winner is a member of www.RueLaLa.com and can only be used during the checkout process onwww.ruelala.com.  Sponsor will credit the Winner’s Rue La La account in the amount of the Account Credit after the Winner completes the verification process.  The Account Credit is not valid for prior purchases or balances.  A total of eighteen (18) Winners will be selected, three (3) Winners from each of the six (6) Entry Periods. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prizes is three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00).
