Prize: (1 winner) A trip for winner and guest to New York, NY and two (2) Film Discovery Packages. Trip is tentatively scheduled for October 15-19, 2008, but subject to change. Includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence to New York, NY; Two (2) Film Discovery Packages (“Event”), consisting of: winner’s choice to watch any six films/panels at the Hamptons International Film Festival (tentatively the screenings are scheduled on either Thursday, Friday or Saturday); winner’s choice of invitation to Opening Night Reception or Saturday Night Hamptons International Film Festival/Heineken Salute to 2008 Filmmakers Party

Prize does not include any lodging and transportation to/from the film festival, or any costs/charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, meals or beverages, hotel incidentals, gratuities, service charges, federal, state, local and income taxes, or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and airfare at time of booking. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded. If winner resides within 150 miles of New York, NY, ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent. Once trip is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. Winner and guest must travel together on dates specified by the Sponsor or winner forfeits all rights to prize. If prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of travel and must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Hamptons International Film Festival and/or its representatives who reserves its right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of winner or guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If Event is postponed or canceled, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner other than to award the remaining portion of the prize minus the Event packages. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancellation or delay due to weather conditions, labor strike, industry conditions, commercial viability, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control.
