PRIZE:
The Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two, to Los Angeles, CA
at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of Four Thousand Two Hundred Four Dollars ($4,204.00) for a Winner who lives more than two hundred (200) miles from San Francisco, CA
and an AMV of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Four Dollars ($2,904.00) for a Winner who lives two hundred (200) miles or less from Los Angeles, CA.

If the Winner lives more than two hundred (200) miles from Los Angeles, CA, the Trip shall include the following, all selected and approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion:
(i) round-trip, coach class air transportation (including taxes) for Winner and his/her travel companion (the “Travel Companion”) from the destination airport nearest the Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA,
(ii) accommodations (one room), including meals, yoga classes, guided hikes, sleeping accommodations and room taxes for three (3) consecutive nights at the White Lotus Yoga Retreat in Los Angeles, CA,
(iii) use of one (1) mid-sized rental car for four (4) days in Los Angeles, CA (including unlimited mileage, LDW insurance and subject to all restrictions (including age requirements) of the rental agency),
(iv) two (2) carry-on roller suitcases for Winner,
(v) Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) in spending money for Winner,
(vi) a selection of gifts from the O boutique for Winner, including yoga apparel and equipment, one (1) quote journal and one (1) canvas tote,
(vii) one (1) Oster Beehive blender, and (viii) an assortment of Ocean Spray juices.

If the Winner lives two hundred (200) miles or less from Los Angeles, CA, the Trip shall include the following, all selected and approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion:
