Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is an ultimate training experience (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize

includes a one (1) night stay at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion near Lambeau
Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin during the 2020 Training Camp (date subject to availability –
double occupancy hotel room); Hall of Fame passes for Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and a
guest of his/her choosing (“Guest”); VIP Stadium Tour passes for winner and Guest to attend
and watch the Packer Training Camp, a ten (10) minute meet and greet with David Bakhtiari
(subject to availability) and one (1) $500 Packers Pro Shop Gift Card for the Grand Prize winner
(terms and conditions of gift card apply). Travel is not included in the Grand Prize. Grand
Prize winner is responsible for all travel expenses, including ground transportation,
lodging, meals, and parking, incurred in participating in the Grand Prize. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,000.
B. First Prizes (10 total; 3 for Entry Periods 1 and 2 and 4 for Entry Period 3): Each first prize
is a custom video shout out from David Bakhtiari (each a “First Prize”). . No more than ten (10) First Prizes will
be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each First Prize is $40.
C. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes is $1,400.
